SWOT

Today is exactly 1 year since joining my current company as fresh grad. As a very proactive employee (ahemm..) I have taken the initiative to invite my boss for a talk session. He was quite surprised when I wrote the 4 big alphabet S.W.O.T down in an A4 paper and asked him to review me based on these. His immediate action was—“Wow, you're more like a marketing guy, fancy to apply this product marketing tool into your assessment!” Well, for those that forgotten what our Kejuruteraan Industri ajar during university, SWOT stands for Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats. So what does he said about my own swot?

This chart is solely for myself only, and that's why I don't expect anyone know what it means! Anyway for those who's real concern about what their future is and where you stand inside the organization, i think this is a clever tactic to start the conversation with the superior, especially if you happened to be an end-soon-contractor that blur about the future roadmap like me!
